The location is good, very close to KUMC, if you work, or as a student in KUMC, it's only 3 min of walking. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The maintenance is quick and in good quality. They even helped me to change my flat tire. The price is reasonable. Pool party in the summer is a lot of fun. I have I have been staying here for more than 4 years, I really like it.

It is great place to live. Very close University of Kansas Medical Center. If you about to join the university, it is no brainer. It is less than a 5 min walk. Close by restaurants like Subway, Burger King, Taco Bell, & MacD.
