Very good apartment

The location is good, very close to KUMC, if you work, or as a student in KUMC, it's only 3 min of walking. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is quick. They even helped me to change my flat tire. The price is reasonable. Pool party in the summer is a lot of fun. The only thing not that good is sometimes there are noises from the neighboring Holiday Inn. I have I have been staying here for more than 4 years, I actually like it.

Fantastic place to stay

I stayed in Malvern Hills (still staying) for almost three years and I found this place fantastic. It is very close to my office KUMC walkable distance, maintenance I think one of the best kind, well support from staff members at an appropriate time and very peaceful. Loved this place, I have to move from here due to my job change and I know I am going to miss Malvern Hills.

I have been here for 6 months, but so far I am extremely happy! The 2 bedroom apartments are really roomy and well kept, and the property is in a very central area - Very close to KU med and easy to get around on public transportation. Management is amazing too!
